For the past few months I have been seeing a nutritionist in order to get my health together. Some tips I have learned?
1. Always have something to snack on.
2. Always eat breakfast, so if you get busy during the day at miss other meals, you will at least have had something healthy to eat that day.
3. Keep food interesting so that you will eat it.
4. Find "easy foods" that can be eaten even when very busy and there is no time to cook or prepare anything.
5. Don't let stress and food become intertwined. This leads to disordered eating habits.
