Step One: Acknowledging the Problem

My biggest problem, that I can deal with right now, is my health. I'm underweight and out of shape. But, this is something I can control, so control I will.
I've been trying for about a year now to gain weight, but it's harder than one would expect. Working out isn't as much of a problem, but fitting it into a busy lifestyle can be difficult at times, so hopefully this will help/make me commit to my workouts more.


So, until I reach my goal of 115lbs and getting into good enough shape for my upcoming trip to SE Asia, I'll be blogging and motivating myself to get it together!
