Bacon

I have been putting some form of bacon on my food at some point every day.
My main issue is that I do not enough during the day as I get too busy. So, a heavy breakfast is my saviour, and that almost always includes bacon since it has both protein and fat. Tastes good, and makes me feel full.
Everyone acts as though bacon is some deadly food, but for those that cannot fit enough into their diet, it is extremely helpful. I've been putting it on a breakfast sandwich or in an omelette in the morning and, in terms of weight gain, it helps. Not too much, but it's all about baby steps.
It doesn't hurt that it is delicious!

A basic breakfast for me:
A bagel with cheese, bacon, tomato, and avocado. Yummy! And heavy enough to last through my classes.
